Monday Mood Board: Snow Day! An All White Winter Wedding…
Good Morning, everyone! I hope you all had the loveliest weekend that was jam-packed with wedmin? We had the most beautiful wedding showcase at the gorgeous Goldsborough Hall, an Idyllic venue just a stones throw away from Harrogate. The sun was shining, the snowdrops were our and it was amazing to see so many couples find their new wedding venue. Oh, and a big thanks to the suppliers that joined us, you’re all wonderful and such talented people.
Ahead of this snowy week, we’re spreading a little more winter wedding wonderful on your Monday morning and kick starting your day with a truly classic winter wedding colour scheme, white. We’ve had spring-like pinks in the limelight previously, taking inspiration from soft hues, romanic vibes for Valentines and everything in between; this week, however, we are taking inspiration from one thing that is synonymous with winter and perhaps not so much with March, snow!
I guess the brides fashion is the easy part of an all white wedding, right? Many ladies opt for a white dress, or slightly off white dress as it is. Of course, this is a decision that’s completely up to you but for inspiration, we’ve left a few of our favourites below.
At this point in the planning process decide whether you are going to set a dress code, are you going to go all out and set a white dress code for your guests? Think about how you will do this to make it clear to guests what your visions are of the day, will you include it in stationery?
Our faves this week include classic cuts, romantic lace and tulle and all white maids’, what will you be wearing for your snowy winter wedding?

Personally, we think that there is something so classic, sophisticated and elegant about an all white wedding theme, the perfect colour for a ‘no fuss’ look but with heaps of glamour. Take a look at our idea’s below for the more modern bride, we adore the simplistic styling paired with the clean cut shapes and settings, or a little touch of sparkle to glitz it up a little.
Ooh, and we’re crushing over them clean-cut cake designs, too! Wouldn’t they pair oh-so pretty with a classic cut dress?

Here we have some idea’s for the more classical wedding, take inspiration from luxurious detailing and larger than life blooms in our final palette.
To have and host a dreamy and romantic all white wedding like Kimmy K did, we’re talking lush, extravagant blooms and we’re not saying “Buh Bye” to the Pantone colour of 2017, Greenery just yet; it’s a refreshing colour to add that soothing special to a display of flawless flowers. After all, a white wedding doesn’t have to be all white, there are lots of ever so stylish ways you can add little pops of colour if you aren’t feeling the whole white theme. Try incorporating different shades of greenery, or pretty muted pastel colours.
