results, I have learnt that the best plan you can have is the one you know you
will follow and stick too. You can have the best scientifically proven diet and
exercise plan in the world, but if it involves training 6 days a week, never
drinking again, and waving goodbye to your social life, then the likelihood of
you following it is very low.

need to ramp up your results. Don’t expect the world from yourself on day 1 –
that’s a surefire way to demotivate yourself as you set yourself up for failure.
