While you do so, let us treat you to the recipe for a Grand Mimosa (courtesy of the talented Thomas Mario). Firstly, pour the Grand Marnier – a delicious orange-flavoured liquor – over ice in a flute glass. Then, top with a The Wedding Affair favourite – champagne! Finished with fresh orange juice and garnished with an orange slice, you have a beautiful citrus fizz ready to serve your wedding guests.
