Romance Isn’t Dead; An Utterly Dreamy Styled Shoot
Hello, gorgeous ones! We’re so, so delighted that you have popped by our pretty pages of the internet today for the most beautiful styled shoot. This shoot undoubtably reminds me of pretty Parisian detailing and in fact, looks like something that has come straight from a Dior shoot. Not only that, but it reiterates the intimacy of a wedding day, featuring on just the couple in a much more relaxed way, truly embracing the moment. So without further ado, I’ll pass it over to the oh-so talented team from Adorn Invitations to tell you a little more about the collaboration that features lush blooms, sensational styling, laid back food spreads and natural makeup looks.
“Who doesn’t love a love story? Grab your Kleenex, you soppy romantics because these images will have you weeping in the isles. A true love story is often fleeting, so our team at Adorn Invitations have constructed a photo shoot to put meaning back in the moment and follow the story of a young couple wrapped up in one another.
The day begins with our bride taking her time to relax with breakfast in bed- a far cry from the usual flurry of make-up artists and mother-in-law tension. This bride is at one with her groom, enjoying a love note, breakfast and flowers, feeling content in her reality. She’s beautiful as she embraces the moment.
Against the magnificent backdrop of the stunning Mont du Soleil, in Kallista, Victoria, this couple set the scene for an inspiring love story. They are not rushing through the day to a strict timetable, feeling the pressure of friends and family. Instead they have chosen to express love through nature, music and beauty in a creative and carefree style.
The magic of this couple is in their privacy and need only for each other. Too often brides are caught up with all the small aspects of their wedding day and forget the bigger picture, but for this couple the bigger picture is in the detail-little love notes, guitar serenades and a beautiful table set for two.
The elements of a traditional wedding are all there, the flowers, beautiful bride, great food, stunning venue and handsome groom. The difference is in the mood, a relaxed vibe, essentially creating a love story that speaks for the couple themselves. There is no need for formality, this couple are in love and that is enough for them.”
A huge thank you to the wonderful team from BWedding Invitations and Adorn Invitations for allowing to showcase this talented piece of work, and also for the creatives that were involved, including Sephory Photography.
