This little number is a fruity long drink that will definitely quench your thirst.
The Recipe & Measurements
- 30ml peach vodka
- 20ml maraschino cherry liqueur
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 bar spoons (tea spoon size) of cherry syrup (jar of cocktail cherries)
- 30ml apple juice
- 1 slice of peach without skin
- Top with Prosecco
Add all then ingredients, minus the Prosecco into the shaker. Shake well with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. To remove all the pieces of peach you can use a fine tea strainer. I top with the Prosecco, garnish with a slice of peach and a cherry and enjoy.
